Who Needs Shelter From the Sun?

Egypt :

It was probably one of the reasons I fell in love with Egypt recently. It was on the spur of the moment, where we just decided, tomorrow, we go.

By the time our coffee was finished and we had listened to 10 songs or so, we were there. That was the start of it. I was living 60 minutes away from one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen in my life. It resembled those pictures of the Caribbean, astoundingly blue waters, shallow little sand islands here and there in the middle of the sea, warm yet not scorching sun, and best of all, privacy on a fairly crowded beach.

It took my breath away, the water was crystal clear, clean, and so still, so warm, and so shallow! It would take you an average of 5 minutes walking in to actually get to a decent depth. So you see people with their beach chairs and their drinks, sitting in the middle of the water, literally.

Spending the day there, I marveled at how I have this so close to home. At how my country embodies this beautiful weather, scenery, water and sun. I looked around me and saw people minding their own business, getting drunk or sun bathing or just listening to music and dancing! I felt so free, for the first time in Egypt sine I arrived in 2000, I felt free right at home.

Ein El Sokhna, which is Arabic for The Hot Spring, is one of the most beautiful spots off the Red Sea, and is the perfect Summer and Winter spot to steal a getaway to.
Though I may have little inspiration most of the time, this one place, is my muse...
Who Needs Shelter From the Sun?

Absence of confusion
Utter clarity
An inch high.
A breath long..;)
An Orange spot in my eye
In a state of seclusion
From every trouble in my mind
Had a smile that didn’t seem to care
And breathed like I had just crossed over
to the place everyone was looking to find
Not a distraction
Not even if I tried...
“I feel very ok”

Don’t tempt me Sarah, don’t tempt me LOL!!

At this moment it’s cold and rainy here, and windy too.

There’s an international airport 15 km from my place.

Sooooo tempting;;;;

Please keep putting up your little visits to Egypt. I appreciate them very much indeed...
